Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Come one, come all! High school students are invited to a retreat over the New Year where we will be delving into what it means to SPILL THE TEA! Come for fellowship, bring your friends, play games, enjoy our classes, reconnect with faith, and attend our Boston Tea Party themed dinner with our New Year’s Eve Party to follow! See you on the hill!
We can’t wait to celebrate the New Year with you! Bring a new friend and you each save $20!!
Cost (for Yuletide Retreat): $120.00 per person (the cost is actually $155.00 per person, but after each camper receives a $35.00 scholarship from their Mission Center, it reduces the cost down to $120.00 per person – some congregations will also help with costs to attend the Retreat, but it is up to each camper’s family to contact their local Congregational Financial Officer or Pastor to arrange for that financial assistance). $20 discount for new campers and the person who refers them!
**** Annual SIT Training is also being offered in conjunction with Yuletide as an optional event for those wishing to become Community of Christ Registered Children and Youth Workers. This class is offered for those with interest in potentially being staff at future camps as well as for those with interest in working with children or youth in Community of Christ. If you are interested in taking this class, it will be held at Guthrie Grove prior to Yuletide with arrival at 10AM Dec. 29th through 7PM Dec. 30th. The cost is $25. You can register for the SIT Training by checking the box below in the Yuletide registration form. You will also need to download the “Registered Children & Youth Worker Application” form below and bring the completed application to the SIT Training on Dec. 29th. Registration: Please complete the online registration form below, and make your $120.00 payment for the Retreat (the online registration process below will automatically take you to our PayPal Site to make your payment – your registration process is not complete until you make payment – choose the option on the PayPal Site “pay with Debit or Credit Card”). Also, the “Hospital Consent Form” below needs to be completed and (along with a copy of your Family Health Insurance Card) either uploaded in your online registration process, or emailed/postage mailed by the “Registration Deadline” to Alison Sherer, Registrar, PO Box 4, Woodbine, IA 51579.
